Membership

Membership to PHA is open to the public, but certain requirements apply. This is important because failing to abide by range rules can create safety issues that could ultimately shut down the range. Violations of these rules is a serious matter and can result in expulsion from the club with no refund of membership or initiation fees.
     *You must be at least 18 years old
     *You must be a US Citizen
     *You must sign off on understanding the rules of PHA
     *You must not be a member of any organization or group having as its purpose or one of its purposes the over throw by force and or violence of the Government of the United States or any of its political subdivisions.
     *You must have never been convicted of a crime of violence.
     *You must agree to fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
The one time initiation fee is $300 plus annual dues for the first year which is $125.
Remember that with 800 members, there are wide and varied shooting interests, so be considerate of others under all circumstances.
Spouses have range privileges and immediate family members living at home may use the range.
Memberships are allowed only one vote.
Members may bring as many as two guests.
Before applying, you must read and commit to conform to PHA Range Rules and sign the PHA Pledge.

 

The PHA Pledge: I CERTIFY that I am a citizen of good repute of the United States of America; that I am not a member of any organization or group having as its purpose or one of its purposes the over throw by force and or violence of the Government of the United States or any of its political subdivisions; that I have never been convicted of a crime of violence and that, if admitted to membership, I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
